1. General Provisions

gk444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides Bangladeshi users with casino games, live casino, slots, and betting on cricket and other sports. These terms are drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations.

In these terms, "user", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the gk444 platform. "Platform" refers to gk444's website, mobile app and all related digital services.

gk444 reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on gk444, users must meet the following requirements:

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• A person may only create one account — creating multiple accounts will result in those accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address used at registration must be active and personal.

gk444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A request may be made to submit a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If the contact details registered on the account change, the user must notify gk444 support immediately. Any problems arising from outdated or incorrect information are the responsibility of the user concerned.

3. Account Security

Keeping your account login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone else or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gk444 handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other commercial banks).
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activities.
• Deposits from any third-party account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method or account used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500 — to withdraw the bonus, bets of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• gk444 Weekly Reload Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• gk444 Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• gk444 Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,000; wagering 10x; once per year in the member's birthday month.
• gk444 Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000 per successful referral; wagering 12x.
• gk444 Monday Reload Offer: 25% of deposit, up to ৳2,500; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply to one account, one device and one IP address only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• gk444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of irregularity or fraud is found.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

gk444 has certain fundamental rules regarding betting and gaming that all members must follow.

6.1 Bet Validity

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error in the system.
• gk444 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or on the basis of clearly erroneous information.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Technical Errors

Amounts or results displayed incorrectly due to system errors, network issues or software failures are subject to cancellation. gk444 reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust accounts based on the actual outcome.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

gk444's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback of up to 0.2% is available at Bronze level and up to 0.8% at Diamond level. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss for the week — cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on gk444 and accounts found to be involved in them will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using a false or another person's identity.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or any other technical means.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users for financial gain.
• Attempting to cheat in games or betting methods.
• Creating or managing accounts for minors.

In the case of any prohibited activity, gk444 reserves the right to take legal action and may inform the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Changes to Terms
